I stayed in the room that was spacious n cleaned and available with a balcony. The breakfast was large with exactly same food, offerings from cooked food, freshly made eggs, the best I had in Pattaya.

All in all our stay was absolutely amazing, nothing to complain about. Everything was good, wonderful hotel, the location was ideal near shopping mall, and beach, shopping mall and restaurant. Had cold drinks in the poolside bar in the evening.

Everything was really good, the parking was on-site, the room was brand-new. The staff was top-class, active, and responded promptly to requests. There was free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the service in general was very good.

It offers immaculately clean and cheap rooms with a balcony, sofa, as for instance. The services are excellent, including an excellent pool.

Lovely welcoming spotless property, it has competent staff in a traditional Thai manner. The place has prime and strategic location for bars & restaurants. I recommend staying here.

Unique place, it was spotless and had highly qualified staff in the night shift. The family queen room was top quality, very well taken care of. The location was the best, close enough to many restaurants and shopping and Pattaya beach and main road, in a very relaxing area.

Stayed in brand-new room with sea-view. It was nice to find a microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge. The atmosphere created was family.

One thing I really appreciated was the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff kept the room well-maintained and the toiletries were replenished every day. I also enjoyed the beautiful lounge area, cafe, and restaurant on-site. The food was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from.

Location: the hotel was just off Thailand in specific, beach, very lively neighborhood, and Shopping centre. The vibe here was family! The employees were highly qualified and kept it all spotless.

I recently stayed at A-One The Royal Cruise Hotel Pattaya and had a wonderful experience. The reception staff, especially David, were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The pedicure/manicure service staff were excellent as well. The location of the hotel was fantastic and the facilities were top-notch. The service throughout my stay was prompt and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great stay.

Despite a few minor issues, I would be happy to recommend this hotel.
